I have a strained back!!

It's been a while since I wrote the last article in my weblog.

Yesterday, I had a strained back.
The pain was very heavy. I was not able to do even housework.
Today, I get better a little than yesterday.

When my condition is down, my feeling is down, too.
To be healthy is really important.
