JEF 2-2 Tochigi-SC

If I were neither JEF supporter nor Tochigi-SC supporter, I might enjoy this match.
After 2 minutes, Ricardo Lobo who was Tochigi's striker scored a opener. That surprised me, however our Yellows played good performance. At 25 minutes, Masaki Fukai equalized by his superb middle-range shot. And at 34 minutes, Koki Yonekura came from behind by Yuichi Kubo's assist. JEF supporters gave their team a boost, Fukuda-denshi-arena got more excited mood. But at 40 minutes, Tochigi leveled the game by Lobo's incredible shot again.
In the 2nd half, both teams were not able to get a score, but all players never give up and stop running. It was a very tough game each other and an equal fight. Both Yellows managed to score a goal and kept chasing a ball. JEF and Tochigi-SC drew 2-2.
I thought this was an interesting game. For audience other than both team supporters, it excited very much. While I thought this game was interesting, it was a bitter game for JEF supporters. I wanted our eleven to defeat opposition. Because this match was a battle of the top in J2 and it was an opportunity for JEF to regain leaders of J2. As a matter of fact, in last season JEF were not able to defeat opposition like this, for example, against Kashiwa-Reysol, Ventforet-Kofu and Avispa-Fukuoka, they are playing in J1 this season. So I hoped JEF to control games and beat rivals such as today's opposition.

Yokohama-FC 1-1 JEF, at Mitsuzawa stadium

As a matter of fact, I don't have good memories at Mitsuzawa Stadium so far. Years ago when my husband and I firstly went there, we found that we had left our tickets and went back to our house to bring them in a hurry. Last October, the situation, JEF wanted to be promoted to J1, was very difficult. They had to win the game but could not make it. Things got worse for them.
"I wish good things happen to JEF today." I thought. As seeing them from the stand, I felt JEF had the motivation to win the game well and the mood was good. The game was very tough but Yellows coped with Blues' hard work well. To be honest, JEF wanted to control the game. But we sometimes have a game like this in a long term of the season. When the situation is different from what we expected, it's necessary to cope with it very well. At 61min., Masaki Fukai, the shortest striker of JEF, played neatly and set up a goal to Aaroy, the tallest striker. JEF got an opener. I was very glad to see that! Many many yellows' supporters were happy at this stadium then. But our eleven looked tired, their momentum grew weaker and weaker. Yokohama-FC managed to get a score. At last, Yellows allowed Blues to score a goal. 86min.,Yokohama-FC striker, KAIO equalized. Yellows and Blues drew 1-1.
Our team did their best. Opposition were good team, but this draw ended a 2-game winning steak of Yokohama-FC. While Yokohama made many opportunities to score, Chiba couldn't make it so much. Our yellows might lose the game. However, if they could endure opposition trying score for a little time until the end of the game, they would win the game.

HOKI MUSEUM

I went to HOKI MUSEUM yesterday. HOKI MUSEUM is an only museum showing us Realist painting in Japan. When I firstly visited this museum November 2010, I was very surprised to see Realist painting. Before I saw this type of painting, I knew a little these images what kind of they were. But when I saw them in front of me, I felt a power from painters. The power is painters' faith in their own images. As looking into these images more and more, these are different expression from photo at all. We can feel that how long painters are spending and consuming their passion. They tell and remain us we all have passion in our own heart with showing images those are Realist painting. This is my favorite place. I want to go there again.

20-year-old JEF, and Last Sunday's match

On June 11th, it was JEF's birthday, 20-year-old. Last Sunday, the match, JEF vs Gifu-FC was held at Fukuda-Denshi-Arena, some events were also held there. The movie that it was a short film for about 5 minutes, JEF's history since 1991, were showed on a big screen before the match. A lot of people cerebrated JEF 20th anniversary at our Home. I also enjoyed at the party, but I was a little nervous. JEF vs FC-Gifu, the records of JEF were 1 win and 2 losses against Gifu so far. Above all, at the previous matchday, JEF gave no less than 3 scores to Kusatsu and lost a game. I was worried about their condition and performance.
The game was started, I realized that JEF tried to show their strength. Keisuke Ota who was not able to play for a little time at a previous match, ran from the right side to get a score very well. And Aaroy once got a score, but the ref didn't judge his header. -I still don't know why the ref judged it like that!- At 29th min., Koki Yonekura, JEF's striker, scored an opener. But at 34th min., Gifu DF, Shuto Tanaka equalized by his header from a corner kick. Besides, Aaroy was not able to stop his header. Then Yellows were not able to control the game after a while, on the other hand Greens became better gradually.
In the 2nd half, at the 56min., JEF's MF Takenori Hayashi came off the bench. It's been a while for me to see him on the pitch! I like his performance. He showed a good play in front of us very well and excited us immediately. At the 59min., he set up a goal to Masaki Fukai and JEF took a lead 2-1! Not only Hayashi's performance but Fukai also showed a superb one, dribbling and getting ahead of two Green players, put it in the back of the net!
After 5 minutes, and what is more surprising, JEF's DF, Mark Milligan who is Australian International scored a goal by close-rang volley. This score was his first one in his carrier of J-League. First, I thought that the goal was brought by his header because I was not able to see the scene that player scrambled in the box from a corner kick. I checked the scene by an instant replay on a big screen and I was very surprised to see it. What a great goal!
After that Gifu often threatened JEF with showing good performances, especially Bruno, but JEF also tried to take a lead more with Aaroy's shot and Hayashi's shot.
JEF beat FC-Gifu 3-1. Our Yellows did good performance, I thought. But the number of the audience was not large in spite of an anniversary. 8,802 people came to watch this match to Fukuari. It was not larger than I thought. One of the reason for that might be that it was not a fine day. But JEF were also in J2 this year or some people might thought they might let us down like a previous match. A lot of people may be more severe with JEF than I expected.
The second season in J2 is really hard. Whatever happens, all Yellows, who are players, staff and supporters, must work for our victory and JEF must be promoted to J1 next year. You must keep up your guard even after a victory.

At Shoda stadium, Thespa-Kusatsu 3-1 JEF

I went to Shoda stadium with my husband by car yesterday. We were nearly late for the match due to a traffic jam in Ichikawa city and found that a heavy traffic jam occurred on Kan-etsu expressway with a traffic information, choosing Tohoku expressway and Kita-Kanto expressway, we managed to be there in time.
The match, Thespa-Kusatsu vs JEF got on my nerves. It was a terrible game. Why didn't they control the game? Why was Ota left the pitch with that his playing time was for only 18 minutes in spite of coming off the bench? Why did they give opposition no less than 3 scores? When JEF gave Thespa 3rd score at 90 min., not a few Yellow supporters began to leave the stadium. I also thought to do so, but then I decided to watch the game by the final whistle was blown. But being depressed so much, I didn't even notice the situation in which our eleven got a chance penalty kick.
As a result, JEF were defeated by Thespa 1-3. I'm exhausted now, I've not watched the game everything by VCR yet.
